The 1925 Auburn Tigers football team represented the Alabama Polytechnic Institute at Auburn during the 1925 college football season. The team, coached by Dave Morey in his first year on the plains, finished the season with a 5-3-1 record. The Tigers' 3-2-1 Southern Conference record placed them 9th out of the league's 22 teams.

Schedule
- September 26: API defeated Birmingham-Southern Panthers 25-6 at Rickwood Field in Birmingham. Radio station WMAV-AM's first broadcast program consisted of announcers reading telegraphed updates from the game.
- October 3: Auburn beat rival Clemson Tigers 13-6 in their homecoming game Riggs Field in Clemson, South Carolina.
- October 10: The Tigers went 3-0 with a 19-0 shutout of Virginia Tech in front of 5,000 fans for homecoming at Auburn's Drake Field.
- October 17: API suffered its first loss with a 33-0 blanking by the University of Texas at Fair Park Stadium in Dallas, Texas.
- October 24: Auburn edged non-conference rival Howard College 7-6 at Drake Field.
- October 31: API lost to eventual Southern Conference co-champion Tulane 13-0 in the mud at Montgomery's Crampton Bowl.
- November 7: The Georgia Bulldogs shut out the Tigers at Memorial Stadium in Columbus, Georgia, 34-0.
- November 14: Auburn hosted Vanderbilt at Rickwood Field and won a close game over the Commodores, 10-9. Halfback Clabber Williams kicked the game-winning field goal.
- November 26: The final game of the season, played at Grant Field in Atlanta, resulted in a 7-7 tie between Alabama Polytechnic and Georgia Tech. API's Greene caught a pass from Frank Tuxworth to match the points earned by Tech's Wycoff.
