Highland Manor is a 15-story assisted-living apartment tower located at 2040 Highland Avenue on the corner of 21st Street South.

The building was constructed in 1961 as the 208-room Colony Motor Hotel, later remodeled with 196 rooms and rebranded as a Sheraton Motor Inn after it was acquired by the Dextra Corporation in the mid 1960s.

When it was operated as a hotel, under the management of Mrs M. Michelli, the building boasted flexible meeting rooms on the second floor, nightly dancing in the "Cloud Room" and a penthouse restaurant, the Guv'nor's Grill. The restaurant was later called Top of 21.

The apartment building was repainted in 2006 and remodeled inside and out in 2017.
