West Rock Mountain Preserve is a planned 380-acre public park and nature preserve in Hueytown.

The city of Hueytown, led by Mayor Steve Ware acquired the preserve from the University of Alabama in 2023, following a public backlash against announced plans to clear cut the property. The city also acquired another 450 acres in the vicinity of the preserve which may be developed for residential, commercial or municipal purposes.
