Billy J. Pack (born c. 1939) was the second superintendent of Leeds City Schools, serving from January 2004 until his retirement in June 2009.
Leeds split from the Jefferson County School System in 2003. The board appointed Pack in 2004 to replace Lee Henderson, the system's first superintendent. Pack had previously been superindentent of the Polk School District in Cedartown, Georgia.
During Pack's tenure, the system has built a new Leeds High School, renovated the former high school for Leeds Middle School, and renovated the elementary school.
