Sandra Mixon Little (born c. 1955) represented District 7 in the Birmingham City Council from 1997 to 2001.

Little is a graduate of Lawson State College and opened her own apparel shop in 1990. She was active in community and civic organizations before running for Council in the 1997 Birmingham City Council election, the first to be conducted by district.
