The Cafe on Main is a meat and three restaurant located at 218 Main Street in Trussville. Owned and operated by Charlene and Bill Scharf, the menu features a steam table with a wide variety of southern dishes. The restaurant opened in 2000 in the same location as CAC's Gourmet Deli. A second location is located in Oneonta.
