17th Street Ensley is a street in the Ensley business district. It begins at Avenue B just southeast of U. S. Steel's former Ensley Works and proceeds southeast until merging with 18th Street Ensley between Avenue J and Avenue K.

The street resumes at Tuxedo Park, running east from Avenue U to Pike Road. It is interrupted by the I-59 right of way along the way.

Another section of 17th Street Ensley picks up from Bush Boulevard and parallels Graymont Avenue until it becomes 8th Avenue West as it crosses the former Ensley city limit in line with Border Street.
