The 2011 mayoral election for the city of Birmingham was a regular election held on August 23, 2011 to fill the office of Mayor of Birmingham for a two-year term. Five challengers qualified to appear on the ballot alongside incumbent William Bell. Beginning with the 2013 Birmingham municipal election, the mayor and Birmingham City Council will be elected to concurrent terms.
Light turnout was reported on voting day, with sunny skies and a high of 94°.
