59 West is a 9,725 square-foot retail strip shopping center located at 760 Academy Drive, near I-59/20 and in front of the Wal-Mart Supercenter in Bessemer.
The center property was acquired by BBV 59 West LLC from Forest View Apartments Inc. for $1.95 million in 2017. They sold it to 59 West LLC in 2021 for $2.7 million.
