AIDS Alabama (formerly the AIDS Task Force of Alabama) is a a statewide support and prevention organization founded in 1986 and based in Birmingham.

AIDS Alabama provides educational presentations to groups, performs needs assessments for persons with HIV and their caregivers, networks with various agencies, organizations and businesses, and administrates grants for federal and state funding.

In the 1990s AIDS Alabama updated its mission to reflect the critical need for housing assistance and medical care for AIDS patients. As a grant administrator, AIDS Alabama contracts with community organizations to ensure the provision of emergency and support services and rental assistance. AIDS Alabama also operates Agape House and Jasper House group residences and a network of individual dwellings statewide as part of the Alabama Rural AIDS Project.

The current president is Reverend Chris Hamlin of UAB's 1917 Clinic. The CEO is Kathie Hiers.
