Alabama News Center, formerly Alabama NewsCenter, is an online media outlet operated by Alabama Power Company. It is edited by former Birmingham News business reporter Mike Tomberlin and published under the direction of Alabama Power vice president of public relations and charitable giving John Hudson. It functions as part of the utility's mission, "to advance Alabama and promote growth and economic development."

The outlet, which launched on May 27, 2015, publishes positive stories about businesses, communities, people and cultural events in Alabama. It also provides weather information and publishes press releases from Alabama Power and its parent, Southern Company. Over time the site expanded its audio and video content.

At its launch, Alabama NewsCenter expressly allowed media outlets and other groups to use and share its content, including photographs, audio and video content, free of charge.

The site was redesigned with a new name and logo in 2023.
