Alabama Partners for Clean Air (APCA) is an affiliation of fourteen organizations working to improve air quality in Jefferson and Shelby Counties. The organization seeks to expand the implementation of voluntary strategies to reduce pollution, including sustainable business development and carpooling assistance through outreach to the public and to employers.
The organization's offices are located at 1731 1st Avenue North in the Center for Regional Planning and Design.
