The Alagasco Downtown Operations Center was a 40,000-square-foot utility operations facility at 410 10th Street South. It was sold to UAB in 2013 for $14 million, as Alagasco made plans for a new Alagasco Metro Operations Center on 1st Avenue North.
In 2020 UAB demolished the building and expanded its UAB Express Lot 4 with 250 additional spaces.
