Alice Johnson was a madam who ran a brothel on the east side of 20th Street North, two houses south of 4th Avenue North in the 1880s.

The 1884 city directory named Dora Wilson and Silesta Turner as "boarders" in her house. It also listed Winnie White as a servant to the household.
