Ann D. Florie (born September 19, 1953 in Weldon, Arkansas) is the executive director of Leadership Birmingham and second vice-chair of the Birmingham Water Works board. She was the founding director of Region 20/20 and a member of the executive committee of the Birmingham Business Alliance.
Florie earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. She served for 10 years on the Mountain Brook Board of Education and is a past president of the Junior League of Birmingham. She served on Representative Artur Davis' transition team and was a founding member of the board of the Children First Foundation.
Florie has also served on the Public Affairs Research Council of Alabama, the Freshwater Land Trust, Brookwood Medical Center, the UAB Comprehensive Cancer Center, the Jefferson County Personnel Board, United Way of Central Alabama, and the McWane Science Center.
