Timothy Clayton (known as Attitude) is an rap artist, lyricist and producer from Brighton. After a series of incarcerations in his teenage years, Clayton joined with Wade Summerville to found Centa Street Records and focus his efforts on making music and developing other local rap talents. His 1997 independently-released album Serious Times put his name on the map.
Following up on his initial success, Attitude joined onto DJ Drama's Aphilliates Music Group and Bubba Sparxxx' 11th Hour Entertainment, touring with Sparxxx and appearing on his second album, Deliverance. From there he began working with Atlanta music producer Timbaland, ghostwriting lyrics for various artists while working on his own second album at Beat Club Records.
