Aventura Oak Mountain, formerly Stonecrest Apartment Homes and The Point at Oak Mountain, is a 315-unit apartment complex constructed in 1997 on Stonecrest Drive, off of U.S. Highway 280 opposite the Village at Lee Branch shopping center in Hoover.

Waypoint Residential of Boca Raton, Florida acquired the property in 2015 for $29.2 million. They sold it to a fund managed by Boston Capital Real Estate Partners for $51 million in May 2021.
