Its 5,000 square-foot manufacturing and office facility is located at 2717 2nd Avenue South in the Dr Pepper Place. The company's products are sold internationally from 170 showrooms.

In 2009 Bear Creek glass relocated from Birmingham to Baldwin County. The public-access "Hot Shop at Orange Beach Arts Center" opened in August 2009 with equipment donated by Thompson.
