Billy's Bar & Grill is a bar and restaurant located at 2012 Cahaba Road in Mountain Brook's English Village. The bar opened in 1979. A second location opened in 2007 at 4520 Overton Road near Liberty Park.
The restaurant menu is known for its hamburgers, grilled chicken sandwiches with white sauce, and boiled shrimp salads.
Billy's was purchased in 2005 by Paul Humpryes. In May 2007 Humphryes announced he was opening a second location on Overton Road near I-459 to serve the Liberty Park area.
