Birmingham Fire Station No. 25 is a Birmingham Fire and Rescue Service station located at 3015 Wilson Road Southwest. It serves Powderly, Brownsville, Wenonah, Ishkooda, and neighboring areas.
History
The station was originally located at 3136 Jefferson Avenue Southwest in Powderly. The station's mascot, a Dalmation named "Smokey" served as a public relations representative.
In 1960 Station No. 25 was equipped with one 750-gallon pumper truck.
