Birmingham Parking Authority Deck 3 (or the Birmingham Green Parking Deck) is a 9-story, 769-space parking deck owned and operated by the Birmingham Parking Authority and located on 4th Avenue North between 20th and 21st Streets. It was designed by Cobb, Adams & Benton architects and built by the Domit Construction Company. The deck opened on March 1, 1976.
