Birmingham Parking Authority Deck 3 is a 9-story, 769-space parking deck located on 4th Avenue North between 20th and 21st Streets. It was designed by Cobb/Adams/Benton, Inc. and opened on March 1, 1976.

There are plans to nearly double the size of the parking deck, adding 600 to 700 spaces for a cost of $18.9 million. The Birmingham City Council will consider the proposal during December 2006.
