birminghamal.gov is the address of the newly-redesigned official web site for the city of Birmingham.

Among the new features available are online fee payments and video webcasts of Birmingham City Council meetings, with archived video searchable by topic. The software for producing and presenting video is being provided by Granicus, a San Francisco, California company.
