Cedric Dejuan Sparks (born September 2, 1975) is executive director of the Birmingham Department of Youth Services. He first joined the department in 1998 as an administrative assistant to Mayor Richard Arrington, Jr. In 2002 he was promoted to director.

Sparks graduated from West End High School in 1993 and from the University of Alabama in 1998. He went on to complete a degree in law at Miles College in 2003. Both Sparks' parents died while he was in college. He was recruited to the city on the day before his graduation.

Sparks' older brother, Andra is a former Circuit Court judge and pastor of 45th Street Baptist Church.
