Park Brook Apartments is a 124-unit apartment complex on Park Brook Trail off of Chalkville School Road between Reed Road and Old Springville Road just outside of Center Point. The complex features a swimming pool and playground.
ROCO Management of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan acquired the complex for paid $2.8 million in 2013. CP Investors of Long Island, New York purchased it from them in 2020 for $5.7 million. The property is managed by Meridian Management Group of Atlanta, Georgia.
