Community Bank of Blountsville was a community bank with 17 branches across north and western Alabama. In 2006, Community Bank was purchased by Birmingham-based Superior Bank. The purchase was finalized in October 2006, and the Community Bank's branches were converted to Superior Bank branches on December 11.
