Concord Highland Baptist Church is located at 100 Concord Highland Drive off Warrior River Road in Concord.
The church held its first service on May 3, 1953, with Reverend W. C. Stone officiating.
During the April 27, 2011 tornado outbreak, the church's sanctuary, fellowship hall, recreation center and pastorium were destroyed. The church's 50 to 60 members continued to meet at members' houses and planned to rebuild.
