Cortland Vesta Apartments is a 16-story apartment building at 2173 Highland Avenue in Birmingham's Five Points South neighborhood. The building houses 207 one-bedroom apartments and 111 two-bedroom apartments, along with a 7-level 500-space enclosed parking deck, and 6,400 square feet of ground floor retail space. Residents have access to a fitness center and a rooftop swimming pool with an outdoor bar and a lounge with an outdoor kitchen.
The project was announced for the site of the former Gulf Building, adjacent to Temple Beth-El, by Harbert Realty Services.
