The Parked Kitchen (formerly Cosecha Urban Kitchen) is a Cuban/Latin restaurant in the LIV Parkside complex at 1701 1st Avenue South facing Railroad Park in Birmingham's Parkside District. The restaurant, which opened in January 2017, is owned by Justin White and John Green. Its menu features street foods from Latin America along with a full bar. The original name translates from Spanish as "harvest" or "gather".

The 2,500 square foot restaurant build-out was designed by Black Design Architecture and executed by Stidco Construction. The restaurant changed its name in late 2017, adding a tag line, "food truck fare that's always there."
