The Crestwood Tavern & Grill is a neighborhood bar located at 5500 Crestwood Boulevard adjacent to Crestwood Park since 2005. The building was previously occupied by the Crestwood Grill and two Mexican restaurants, Michoacan and Playas del Nayarit.

The Crestwood Tavern is permitted as a smoke-free establishment and its rating from the Jefferson County Department of Health (March 13, 2006) was 97.
