Deborah Miller is the Mayor of Lipscomb, appointed on October 12, 2007 by Governor Bob Riley to fill the unexpired term of former mayor Simon Speights. She assumed the office from Mayor Pro Tempore Gaston Randle, who had served since Speights' resignation on July 27, 2007.
Miller was elected to the Lipscomb City Council in 2004.
