Demetrius C. Newton Gardens Public Housing Community is a 102-unit housing project in Fairfield operated by the Fairfield Housing Authority. The complex is named for state legislator Demetrius Newton. It is currently located on Myron Massey Boulevard, and separates the main campus of Miles College from its north campus located at the former Lloyd Noland Hospital, which the college purchased in 2006.

Miles has attempted to acquire Newton Gardens to connect the two campuses, and in 2011 proposed a plan to move the project to the former Villager Lodge on E. J. Oliver Boulevard. In February, the Fairfield City Council rezoned the hotel property for multi-family residential development.
