The combined firm specializes in tax, end-of-life, and estate planning, business planning and taxation, real estate contracts, non-profit governance, and family and adoption law.

The firm has offices in the 2000-2100 SouthBridge Parkway building in Birmingham's SouthBridge office park. In 2018 the firm acquired the business of Burton & Associates, adding founder Richard Burton and partner Emily Frost to its staff.
