Donald T. Lupo, Jr is currently the co-director of the Mayor's Office of Citizen's Assistance (MOCA).

Lupo was appointed director in 1999 when Bernard Kincaid took office as Mayor of Birmingham. In 2007, after Kincaid was defeated by Larry Langford, Lupo was retained as co-director of MOCA, along with the Langford ally and radio talk-show host Frank Matthews.
