Dugan's was a bar and grill located in the Shepherd-Sloss building at 2011 Highland Avenue in the Five Points South neighborhood. Draught Guinness and Bass were served on the impressively long mahogany bar.
The menu featured a wide variety of steaks and burgers. Early favorites included the Jamaica Burger and the One-Eye Burger as well as cheese bagels and a saturday champagne brunch. Dugan's was a popular late-night hang-out and featured live performances by local artists each week.
The restaurant closed in 2005. After a brief time as Little New Orleans, it became part of the Twist & Shout piano bar.
