Empire Theatre
The Empire Theatre in 1981

The Empire Theater was a movie theater located at 2012 3rd Avenue North in the former D. M. Drennen & Co. general store. In the 1920s the Empire screened first-run features from Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer.

The theater was renovated with new seats, a new projection screen, new lobby and lounge areas in 1964.
