Eric Reed (born c. 1972 in Birmingham) is a doctor of doctor of osteopathic medicine, a doctor of psychology, a certified medical examiner, and the founder of the Analytical Testing Group, an outpatient medical testing and counseling business with offices at 920 18th Street South in Birmingham's Five Points South neighborhood.

Reed grew up in the Smithfield Court public housing community and graduated from Parker High School in 1990. He attended the University of Alabama and East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina.

He earned his doctorate in clinical psychology from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. Reed worked as business manager for Absolute Drug Detection Services, an affiliate of Thuss Medical Center, until 2009. He founded his own company in 2008 and has provided services to the City of Birmingham as well as several large companies across the region. He has also served as a speaker on substance abuse to audiences of NCAA athletes across the country.
