Fire was a white-tablecloth restaurant located at 212 Country Club Park in Crestline Village. It was opened in 2002 by Danny Lasseter along with his wife Jill and partner J. D. Hill.

Lasseter's concept for the restaurant was to serve consistently good fare without the rigors and pretensions of haute cuisine. He dubbed the establishment a "neighborhood bar and grill".

Lasseter sold the business in 2010 to chef Steve Luthor and opened a franchise of Cantina at the Patton Creek Shopping Center. Luthor closed the restaurant, effective July 8, 2011.
