First Baptist Church Trussville, formerly Cahawba Baptist Church, is a Baptist church located at 128 North Chalkville Road.

The church was founded in the 1820s with farmer and mill-owner Warren Truss and his family among the charter members. The church met on part of Truss' 1,000-acre homestead, on the route that became U.S. Highway 11 and later Main Street in the City of Trussville.

In 1946 the church moved to its present site. It later deeded its former cemetery to the Trussville Memorial Cemetery Association.
