Frank Nelson Building is a 10-story skyscraper at the northeast corner of 20th Street and 2nd Avenue North in downtown Birmingham.

Originally known as the First National Bank Building, it was completed in 1903 as the headquarters for the First National Bank of Birmingham. It is considered Birmingham's third skyscraper. Architect for the building was William Weston along with Charles Wheelock & Sons.
