Francis Brooks Yeilding Jr (born March 22, 1904; died October 8, 1992) was CEO of the Jefferson Federal Savings & Loan from 1949 to the 1980s.

Yeilding was the son of Yeilding's department store founder Frank B. Yeilding Sr and his wife, Morgana.
