Gallet & Associates, Inc. was an engineering firm headquartered in Birmingham with 13 branches in Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Florida and Tennessee. Alain Gallet, who founded the firm in 1989 with his wife Sandra, was chief executive officer.

In 2007 Gallet purchased the Entrepreneurial Center at 110 12th Street North from the city of Birmingham and relocated there from Beacon Parkway West.

In 2009 the firm was sold to Olathe, Kansas-based Terracon, which announced it would keep Gallet's name and office structure intact. The Birmingham office was later moved to 2147 Riverchase Office Road in Hoover.
