The George Raps & Co. Saloon was a bar operated by George Raps on 1st Avenue North between 18th and 19th Streets. He opened the saloon in 1883 and expanded it into one of the city's largest such establishments.

Inside, Raps displayed an extensive collection of "curiosities", including a pipe said to have been owned by Sitting Bull's grandmother that was donated by L. W. Derrick.
