Glenbrook at Oxmoor Valley is a $50 million, 300-unit mixed-income residential development on a 26-acre parcel off Sydney Drive and Lakeshore Parkway in the Oxmoor neighborhood.
The project was developed by a partnership of Formation Methods LLC and Pennrose Properties of Pennsylvania. The community was first planned for the area of Fountain Heights near the Civil Rights District, but land acquisition proved too costly.
