Glenn Bishop

E. Glenn Bishop (born September 26, 1940; died July 24, 2019) was a structural engineer and founder of LBYD.

Bishop opened his own engineering firm, E. Glenn Bishop & Associates, in 1973, which grew into Lane Bishop York Delaney, where he was a senior principal.

Bishop served on the board of directors of the Alabama Concrete Industries Association and was presented with its "Chairman's Award" in 2010.

Bishop died in 2019 and was survived by three children and six grandchildren. He was buried at Southern Heritage Cemetery in Pelham.
