Grace's Gap is a gap through Red Mountain where Montevallo Road Southwest meets Spaulding-Ishkooda Road in Jones Valley and proceeds south to West Valley Avenue and West Oxmoor Road in the Oxmoor Valley. It is also the route of the Louisville & Nashville Railroad's Birmingham Mineral Railroad and carries the line south toward Alabaster.

The gap is named for Baylis Grace, an early settler and Jefferson County Sheriff who was the first to carry Red Mountain iron ore to a furnace to be smelted. It is now the northern terminus of Red Mountain Park.
