Green Acres Baptist Church was a Baptist church located at 6505 Avenue O in Ensley. The church was founded in 1952 and built its own sanctuary building in 1961. A brick education building was added in 1968.

At one time the congregation had more than 500 members. However the membership dwindled to a low of 10 in late 2008. The church held its final service on December 28 and turned the property over to the Birmingham Baptist Association. The Association, in turn, sold it to the New Life Missionary Baptist Church, which began meeting there in June 2009.
