HC3 (formerly Wayne Dees Mailing Service and High Cotton Direct Marketing) is a specialty printer and digital distributor of bank statements and healthcare communication. The business is located at 2461 1st Avenue South in Irondale.

The business was founded in 1966 by Wayne Dees. It was acquired in 1988 by Tommy McGahee, who is now the company's chief executive officer. His son, Griffin McGahey, is president.

Williams-Blackstock Architects designed renovations of an existing warehouse for High Cotton's office and printing facility in 2016. The building was recognized with an "Honor Award" from AIA Birmingham.
