Highland's Bar and Grill located in the Spanish Stores in Five Points South at 2011 11th Avenue South in what was formerly the Mary Aust Tearoom. The establishment is owned and operated by Frank Stitt, a nationally remowned chef who specialized in nouvelle southern cousine. Highland's is Stitt's flagship store as he also owns Chez Fonfon as well as Bottega and Cafe Bottega.
