Highlands School (also known as Highlands Day School) is a private school founded in 1958 and located at 4901 Old Leeds Road in Mountain Brook which offers programs for pre-school through 8th grade. The head of school is Kavita Vasil.
The school undertook a program of renovations and infrastructure upgrades in 1999. The Stewart Perry Company was contractor for that work. The Highlands School Wellness Center was designed by ArchitectureWorks.
